Who is responsible

Nathan Waldron operates this website and is responsible for the personal information collected through its enquiry form. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, use the enquiry form and select “Other”. You do not need to provide sensitive documents.

What we collect and why

When you enquire, we receive the name, email address, optional company name, selected interest and message that you provide, together with the domain and form source. The hosting and form provider may also process technical information such as IP address, browser details and request logs for delivery, security and spam prevention. Please do not submit financial account details, credentials, identity documents or other sensitive personal information.

Our basis for using information

We use enquiry information for our legitimate interests in answering genuine enquiries, exploring relevant collaborations and managing this website, while considering your interests and rights. Where you ask us to take steps towards an agreement with you, we may also use the information for those pre-contract steps. The form does not enrol you in automatic marketing.

Hosting and access

Netlify hosts the site and processes form submissions. Authorised access is limited to the people and providers who need the information to operate the site, keep it secure and handle your enquiry. Information is not offered for sale. Technical providers may process information outside the UK; their applicable data-processing terms describe the transfer arrangements and safeguards. How long we retain it

We retain enquiry information while it is needed to deal with the enquiry, any resulting discussion or agreement, and necessary legal or security records. We review retained information and remove it when there is no continuing need. The period depends on whether the enquiry remains active, develops into an agreement or needs to be kept to resolve a dispute.

Your choices and rights

You can ask for access to your information, correction, deletion or restriction of its use. Portability rights may apply where the relevant legal conditions are met.

You can object to processing based on legitimate interests, including the handling of your enquiry. Use the enquiry form to make your request. We may need proportionate information to establish that the request concerns your data.

You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We would also welcome the opportunity to address your concern directly.

Cookies, local storage and automation

This page does not install advertising trackers or visitor analytics scripts. The decorative motion controls work in the current page without storing a visitor profile. Hosting infrastructure may process essential technical information to deliver and protect the site. Enquiry submissions do not result in automated financial decisions or profiling.
